I do agree with R.W. though and would request that he be banned. In looking at his profile, in which he declares his occupation as "Bounty Hunter", and reading his posts, he is obviously not here to advertise his own services nor promote professionalism in our industry, but instead to create problems.
I for one am a firm believer in opinions as long as they are not for a moot point such as bashing LE and BEA's as you have noted. As we all know, one individual doing something or saying something out of line brings the media and others raining down upon our industry, and if we stand by and let this happen, then we are all gulity by association as they put it. Unfortunate as it is, it is only the truth, being part of the society we are all part of today.

Ruffin,
This guy is just trying to drum up attentinon for himself and his website.
He figures if he comes in and makes statements like he is making (check out his statement regarding "real bounty hunters"), he can get people interested in him.
As far as his latest post, it just sounds like the dad is trying to set up a lawsuit. If in fact he did not know about what happened till after the shooting then how could he have told the police that he only had a pellet gun? ESP? LOL.

Don you hit the nail on the head all the crap said from the shooting on is about money--family setting up a wrongful death suit and pd covering their butts--I feel for the actual officer that pulled the trigger--he is suffering big time now

I dont think anyone should place blame on any one we can sit here all day and say I would do this or that but the fact is none of us was there. The officers are trained to deal with these situations and they had to make a split second decision. I really dont want to see everyone getting into a pissing match over who they think is right or wrong. So lets show some professionalism.

I am thinking he is referring to several comments you have made where you state a "real bounty hunter" goes out and gets people like those posted on the website you state you are representing.
