the statement made by the da was as stupid as i have heard in along time my retort would be why do police carry guns while making arrests--i believe the equasion to be equal--making arrests by there nature is a life threatening situation as been proven by numbers for many years--i almost think that nj gets what it deserves fugitives living on every block prisons sprouting up on every corner taxes rising so fast nobody can afford them or maybe call nj the fugitive state instead of the garden state--i have said for many years the good people of this country need to see what we do for them and how much money we save them--the straight fact is if you are not a fugitive or associated with with a bail jumper than you have nothing to fear from us
if you are a fugitive or friend or an associate of a bail jumper if you hide assist or conceal or lie to us pro beas we will make your life a living hell--if you run or resist we will return the favor many times over again plain and simple--if you as an indemnitor do not cooperate and the bond is forfit we will take your house, car, bank account, furniture, charge you with insurance fraud-we will collect for our bondsmen--all of this is with in the law--if you run on our bond and your 80 year old mom put up the house as collateral we will put her out on the street it is not our decision it is the bail jumpers period nobody put a gun to you moms head or your head to sign the contract--if the skip does not have the stones to stand up and take his medicine than he or she did this to his indemnitor not the bondsmen--sorry i have zero sympathy for these indemnitors--if you wants to play you have to pay
