Do you mean Vincent Smith?
And why do you want to know? I have no personal knowledge of his significant financial obligation to the courts, but from the eastreature side of the aisle, believe that those cases have long since expired. Having performed run out investigations for several of the insurance companies he wrote for, I was under the impression that they were resolved/satisfied or settled for those that had not expired.
