I've just passed the one year mark in the "business", and I gotta say... It's been a helluva ride. Many thanks to Norman, Andy and Stacy for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to be a part of their terrific family. I finished my first year in the black, thanks in great part to their generosity and support. They've taught me a ton and always have my back when I need it.
And thanks as well, to my FRN family, from whom I've also learned so much. The information contained in these pages has proven to be invaluable. And let's not forget the intrinsic entertainment value when thing things get a little light, so to speak. Here's hoping I can make it another year!

Doug doesnt sit around and wait for the phone to ring. He works harder than any agent we have at trying to drum up biddness. In the county he is in, if he sat and waited, even though our office is across the streeet from the jail and courthouse, he would starve. He works it. Kudos Doug.
