I am writing this post because it has come to my attention that Eric Kindley President of Court Services Inc based in Manteca, CA has been recruiting Bail Enforcement Agents to perform Prisoner Extraditions. After having received several phone calls from former employees all across the country I am posting this and including links to recent stories and articles of relevance. I have the personal contact information for about 20 former employees and they all seem to be sharing the same story. They are all owed wages, most had to front money for everyday operations of the company ie: Fuel, Food, hotel, Housing of inmates, and they have not been reimbursed. I know Eric has been a poster here for quite some time as he found me back in 2005 when the company was started from this exact website. Through my own investigation I have found that he was recently in contact with a Bail Bond Agent out of El Paso, TX and had him refer a bail enforcement agent to transport inmates. Below are recnt articles and websites that have information about the business practices of Eric. If it was one or two people you may think they were disgruntled employees but the pure volume of these complaints shows that it is more than an isolated incident or two. If anyone wants further information please feel free to contact me anytime at 315-882-8008 also the sheriff at Pitkin County Jail in Aspen Colorado is more than willing to talk to anyone as they are just finishing up their investigation.

Found out inmate was left in the van unattended because the agent took two other inmates to the bathroom. I have talked to the agent he is a security guard with no training in transport. Said he borrowed a friend's gun for the transport and also cinfirmed he was driving on a suspended driver's license. A simple background check which is required by Federal Regs would have shown this and he should not have been hired.

By the way even though he accuses me of posting this I can prove I was in the hospital and did not have access to the internet nor the energy to worry about him.

Do not let yourself become his next victim. Do not let him purchase another Kawasaki motorcycle by you breaking your back and your bank.
