My name is Dustyn Mitchell I am about to get into the industry, and am trying to get as much info as I can. My question is; What resources are available in locating a fugitive, What techniques are used?

Dustyn, first you must become 1299 compliant in CA. Secondly, you need to seek out the Bail Speak classes taught by Rex Venator, it will keep you alive and out of jail yourself. He can be read about on the Adventure Trades Forum.
