Miss Anna,

Your "friend" is possibly committing at least 2 felonies that I can decipher from your statements:

1) It is a FELONY in most states to impersonate a Law Enforcement Officer of any type.

2) In some states, it is another FELONY to include or incorporate any kind of words , labels, or titles in the name of "Bounty Hunting"...i.e. "Federal Recovery Agency", "U. S. Enforcement Agency"..etc.

3) Depending on your state, a license, registration, certificate or some other state issued documents may be required to operate as a BEA. If your state does have such requirements and he is claiming to be committing all of these acts, then you know he is lying.

In the regulated states you can check with those state's Dpt of Insurance to see if he is properly permitted, licensed, certified and/or registered.

Sounds to me like some guy trying to make himself look exciting to impress a girl. The question is, what does he really do? If I was dating someone I would KNOW all about their life, or I would not be dating them.

Can anyone get a mental picture of Kathy down in her basement with her boyfriend or husband chained to the wall and her with a 10 ft whip telling them they will come clean before she is thru with them. Gotta love her!!!!

Have a good weekend Kathy and everyone else and BE SAFE OUT THERE.

You make me sound so mean, David. Then again, my hubby tells everyone that I have red hair for a reason
