I am very new to fugitive recovery, I need someone to guide me in the right direction. I chose fugitive recovery as a career I wanted a job in law and with much research i settled on recovery. However, I am looking for someone to help me with the laws of PA regarding everything fugitive recovery and any certs. and licenses needed.
