i went to my local "cop shop" to buy some eqiuipment, and notcied that they had badges that said "bail enforcement agen" after talking to the owner of the shop i told him that in Arkansas is illegal to identify or call your self a bounty hunter or bail enforcement agent, i even showed him a copy of my law book, i went back a few weeks later for more equipment, and he said he had talked to someone at the licensing bureau about my concern, and now apparently, they may be changing the law regarding baedges and how you can actually identify yourself.

They may be looking into it but, as of now it is illegal to carry a badge here in Arkansas unless you are Law Enforcement. And if they do change the law it will still be illegal to have one identifying yourself as Bail Enforcement Agent, Fugitive Recovery Agent etc. because of the outlawing of Bounty Hunting and any reference to such. I as a P.I. am not even allowed to carry a badge here but, if they change the law it may apply to this.

Let me know if you find out any different.
