in california a bail enforcement agent is suppose to carry a 1299 license requirement on them at the time of arrest. Most pick ups come when you are sitting on your couch so you would want to keep it close. with out proper doc.s I wouldn't go. I would not go unless every party going has a bail license because you are subject to criminal charges such as kiddnapping, Robery, or even exstortion. I have seen Unlicesened people go with others and get in a heap of a mess. When a Unlicesened people go with they are the driver they may step out of the car and dictated to agent what the other agent is doing our guys go 2 to the front 1 to the back or 1 and 1
