While PA does not regulate Bail Enforcement it does require PA ACT 235 Lethal Weapons Licensing to work "armed" in the State of PA. I really appreciate your response!!

I wasn't planing on going armed. Most my cases that I go on I'm not armed......not with a firearm anyway.
When a case deems it necessary to be armed I usually have a retired PD go along.
If you are armed that should be enough...............too many firearms involved are not what I prefer.
You would know better than me, because you know what type of cases and people involved.
My offer still stands if you don't find anybody else.
