On June 6, 2008, I had occaision to attend the mandated Delaware BEA training at Delaware Technical & Community College. This Training is a must per state law, and is the first step to obtaining you Delaware BEA license/badge. The training is conducted by the Delaware State Police Private Detective Licensing Division and an instructor from the college. If interested send me a PM or call me.
