The fugitive I displayed on my website for the past 18 months, Robert O. Elliott III, was captured in Seiad Valley, California on June 4th. He was stopped for DWI... the same charge that caused him to run afoul of the law in the first place when he ran over a NH Liquor Inspector causing the officer into a forced retirement as a result of his injuries.
