What is the story with Bail Inforcement and fugitive Recovery in Mass any info would be appreciated!

WHILE STILL LEGAL IN MASS SOME JURISDICTIONS WILL ARREST YOU AND CHARGE YOU WITH KIDNAPPING-OTHER JURISDICTIONS WELCOME YOU WITH OPEN ARMS-I HAVE PERSONEL KNOWLEDGE OF 5 CASES-ONE PERSON FOUND GUILTY OF CRIMINAL RESTRAINT -2 AGENTS FOUND NOT GUILTY AND 2 CASES NUL PROSED-I AM CONTRACTED TO THE ONLY LICENSED BONDSMEN LEFT IN MASS(GILBERTI BAIL BONDS).MASS WILL NOT ISSUE ANY MORE BONDSMEN LICENSED AND WHEN GILBERTI RETIRES THEY WILL PASS A LAW OUTLAWING SURETY BONDING IS WHAT I WAS TOLD-MOST BAIL IN MASS IS COURT SPONSERED AT THIS TIME -TEN PERCENT IS PAID TO THE COURT AND THEN THEY HOLD A NOTE ON THE REST-AS OF 2003 THERE WAS APPROX 16 BILLION DOLLARS IN UNCOLLECTED COURT SPONSERED BAIL OUTSTANDING-THE COURT BAIL SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.I HAVE DONE 16 PICKUPS THIS YEAR IN MASS ALL WITH POLICE ASSISTANCE AND ALL WENT OFF WITHOUT A HITCH-ALSO BE AWHERE THAT THE UNIFORM CRIMINAL EXTRADITION ACT ALSO APPLIES TO BEA IN MASS SO DO NOT ATEMPT TO REMOVE YOUR SKIP-TURN THEM OVER TO PD ASAP-IF YOU ACT LIKE A PRO YOU WILL GET RESPECT-IF YOU ACT LIKE DU-DU YOUR GOING TO JAIL-ALSO BE AWHERE MASS HAS SOME CRAZY GUN LAWS AND TASERS ARE ILLEGAL THERE-YOU ALSO NEED A PERMIT TO CARRY MACE-EVEN AS RETIRED NYPD I STILL HAVE A HARD TIME WITH CONCEALED HANDGUNS(MASS NY NJ AND CA CHALLENGED THE FEDERAL LAW ALLOWING RETIRED PD TO CARRY CONCEALED ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY-THOSE STATES LOST THERE CHALLENGE)

Thanks for the info Hadley. In your opinion is it worth it for a young man such as myself to get involved in fugitive recovery in Mass or are there better options in surrounding states.
