I would highly reccomend for all individuals seeking state laws to access the individual state legislative site, print the information for your records and consult a local attorney if you have any questions. This is a pound of prevention...

Most states can be accessed by typing in www.state. (your 2 letter abreviation).us. From there you can access your local statutes, or the statutes of the state you intend to attempt to make an apprehension in. Most have a search feature that is very beneficial,
