How would one be able to due BEA work in NJ? what by law due i need and who do i have to contact to be 100% legal in the state of NJ I

You have asked this question twice before and you received very good responses. I would suggest you look at the replies to your old posts and follow the leads and advice that you have already received from people here. If you are not going to take the time to follow through on your own why should anyone take more time from their day to answer the same question from you over and over again.

I also pm'ed you a couple of times and left a contact # which you never followed up on.
Now you must have a PI's license to be a BEA here so take it from there.
Didn't you say that you attended USRB?.

Yak that could be the reason for confusion, If he attended USRB then they filled his head with so much garbage that it is hard to remember the facts... for some anyway!
