If i was reading the laws right in delaware even the bondsman cann't pick up their own skips is this true

thanks scott i was looking for info becouse we were there the othernigyt looking for someone we stopped in at the state police told him who and what i was doing there and they said no problem then a few days ago i got a call from some tropper that told me even bondman have to be lic in delware to put up their owns skips
