The real fact of the matter has nothing to do with the board of appeals court. About two years ago, our scourned AG set presidence that anyone involved with bail enforcement, including bondsman themselves, shall not be issued a permit or have one renewed period. This also includes the PI's who affilliate themselves with the word bail bonds.
This ridiculous theory has only been energized by the two incidents that have occurred here within the previous two years and no one has ever challenged the system due to the expense of the process.
(For the new members here, refer to the previous posts as to the NJ incidents).
Well finally at the beginning of this year, a well known successfull agent from Jersey City NJ has challenged the courts on these laws. After retaining the best NJ firearms lawyer and going two rounds with the superior court judge from his county, (whom they left speechless and looking like an idiot because of his inability and lack of knowledge to debate this issue without his puppeteers) was AGAIN denied the permit.
This agent, and our industry is NOW endorsed by the NRA who has kicked it up another notch and now in the appellate court waiting for an answer. NJ's actions are now deemed as blatent discrimination and hopefully we will soon see a change.

Great Job !

WE definitiely need a win for the industry because then it will become case law that can be used in other states.

I am glad that Yak told us "The rest of the story". The way that the article looked it was another slap on our industry and now we know that it is just a left wing attack on our rights.

Thanks for the information Yak!!
