I have a meeting Tuesday with some folks that should shed a bit of light on this case... I can tell you this... two plaintiffs named in the suit... CEO's Mike Donovan and Richard Moore, VP... as is mentioned in this article... have been in and out of court and the news on previous bonding associated incidents and cases for at least that past 10 years... several of which I actually was very close to the case... I will comment further on this possibly in a private email to you or on the private section of this site... I won't discuss it in a public venue...

Don't have time right now but I'll get back to this in a day or so....................
