Well the only way you can open carry IN FLORIDA is with a Florida Class "G" Statewide License.. which allows you to OPEN CARRY WHILE Working SECURITY IN UNIFORM.

Bail Bondsman CAN NOT OPEN CARRY FIREARMS (is it done out in the field ?? Yes .. Is it legal..? Ummm? No.. One day an Agent will meet an Officer that is a ball buster bible statute reading guru and arrest one of us for OPEN CARRY ...Do I open carry .. NO, I keep my shirt over my gun for this reason I just said.

Sirens, strobes etc ... I doubt Florida authorizes Surety Agents to use such emergency equipment.

Operating with Lights n Sirens on any street or highway = NO NO

Operating on private property such as an Apartment or Shopping Complex = Legal

RED & BLUE TO THE FRONT = ILLEGAL

YELLOW / WHITE TO THE FRONT = LEGAL

BLUE TO THE REAR = ILLEGAL

RED / YELLOW / WHITE TO REAR = LEGAL

AIR HORN = OK
