Training should be similar to the processes of assessment and selection; continuous and never-ending...this type of situation is completely avoidable...many things could have been done in an effort to preclude having made any mistakes...

If unprofessional folks continue to operate in such a substandard manner, things will eventually become mighty difficult. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if Arizona introduced new legislation that would make their Bail Enforcement Agent License requirements as stringent as Nevada...I believe that day is eventually coming and it is merely a matter of time now...I believe that many of the substandard folks will be culled...eventually...
