I was just wondering..Those of you with you own company, how many of you have Bail Enforcement Agent T-shirts with you company name on?`

Lets say that you have Bail Enforcment Agent on the back, and/ or front and then you company letters on the side, along the arms?
Or is it possible to have company shirts/ uniforms and just Bail Enforcment ID Card/ Badge?

Is this leagal?

Yes in most States it's legal as long as it doesn't contain words that imply the wearer is Law Enforcement.

My company has a custom badge, ID, hat, raid-shirt and patch, however the hat, raid-shirt and patch are used more for advertising than recovery work since we mostly work plain clothes.

The only time we wear our hats, raid shirts or uniform shirt with patch is when we are hitting a house with the assistance of Law Enforcement, identifying clothing helps prevent us from being mistaken for unfriendlies.

Regarding Attire: As with anything in this industry you have to check each state's individual laws. DO NOT WEAR ANY TYPE OF CLOTHING THAT RESEMBLES LAW ENFORCEMENT, NOT EVEN THE WORD "AGENT" IN THE STATE OF GA. They have a specific law covering this very topic on thier books. Do not even present any type of badge to them, as you may very well get arrested for "impersonating" a law enf. officer. They have 1 county in particular, COBB COUNTY, GA. whose Sheriff loves to arrest bounty hunters. He does not like them.
