Can someone please explain how Justin Bieber posted a $2,500 Bond then left not only the City or the County but the freaking Country for the beaches of Panama. I doubt that bondsman can legally retrieve him from Panama..I assume it's very similar to Mexico..but I would promptly arrest him and through ass back in jail...Unless he had the bondsman permission of course..

Most likely the bondsman was ok with it .. as his Attorney is ROY BLACK .. he doesnt come cheap .. Top Dollar Attorney.

Anyways .. I agree with you. When a Deft is out on Bond in FL.. he needs not only the Bond Company's permission .. but also the Judge's permission as well to travel.. (Which might of happened ? but I saw the entire Bond hearing for him and there was no mention of travel while on bond.) But sometimes when the deft lives out of state they make exceptions and may have taken cash collateral to cover the bond in the event it estreats. Also his attorney will most likely waive his appearance at Arraignment. But every subsequent court date he will need to be present. Unless special motions are filed with the court / judge.

You are probably right.. I just can't stand the punk kid and what what he doing with a GA Drivers Lic.? Besides he is in the US on a 0-1 Work Visa... Which upon his conviction I seriously hope they deport him back to the land of Beer, Football and Maple Syrup. Maybe we could dare him to travel to Singapore. Chew gum and tag cars... I would laugh my ass off when they cane him.. Just saying

Sadly he will NO WAY get a DUI .. in Miami Dade, FL for DUI's the State's first plea offer will be a "Reckless Driving" charge. So most likely worse case scenario .. he will plea out to fines and court costs.. but I too hope he gets convicted so that they deport him.... but in all honesty .. with the money he has .. I am sure lawyers will battle his stay in the States to work, and he will get a slap on the wrist on this case that is getting so highly blown outta proportion ..

I'm confused. You guys are talking collateral and whatnot. Did he actually use a bondsman??? Did this multi-millionaire pay somebody $250, or whatever premium is in Florida, and not just pay the $2,500 cash bail??
