I know there are members here who had issues with Frank because he was an 'in your face' kind of guy. I have had a lengthy professional relationship with him and his work ethic and professionalism in getting the job done was something to be admired. Physically, his heart has long given him problems and I knew this day was coming. Take care, sir!
