I have been thinking of ways we could all possibly lessen individual expenses in attending the meeting in St. Louis, Mo. next March. Listed below are some ideas I have come up with for discussion:

1) Regional Carpooling: If more than 1 person from each region is attending, perhaps sharing the ride/expenses could be mutually beneficial as well as the comraderie shared/enjoyed during the ride.

2) Room Sharing: Self-explanatory.

3) Vehicle sharing: Obviously, some people will be flying in. So for those who choose to drive can make their vehicles available to others for any after hours recreation.

Just food for thought.

I have a 91 Mazda Miata and can fit me and maybe a shapely blonde...I would be willing to drive instead of fly and with my Saturn, can comfortably fit 5, squeeze 8, to carpool from the Washington metro area. Great idea Ruffin. Hotel room, I want my own, some stories cant be told!

I would fly from NY. But I would be more than happy to get a van and cram in as many people as possible.

Regards,

Eric

It is honestly too soon for me to figure out at the present time if I am attending or can .. I am in the process of buying a Bar / Restaurant next week here on Miami Beach and if it goes through have no idea what my availability will be.. but will know one way or another at least 1 month prior to the date of this event.

Thanks but it is not official until I put Pen to Paper on the Contract and hand over a nice piece of change next week. I have Attorney and Accountant looking over contract currently .. I was thinking about Little Framed Signs Advertising Bail Bonds in the Bath Rooms as people relieve themselves .. ya never know when someone may snag a DUI or get into a Fight and get locked up and if no one hooked up and got a number that night they will at least get my # .. and then after we close the Bar .. I can go post Bonds.. lol  $$
