When booking a group meeting, conference or convention, the hotel will offer a lower group room rate if the group guarantees a minimum number of guests and order a minimum dollar amount of food and beverages. They will then also waive the meeting room rental costs, which can run from hundreds to thousands of dollars a day. So in our 3 choices they have offered to host our event if we order a minimum of $1,000 to $1,300 in food. Like we had in Vegas, the group will have lunch and dinner together at the hotel and we will be able to make the F/B minimum no problem. As far as what is N.A.B.B.I, there are a couple of threads explaining it and what is going to happen in March in St Louis. |

The reason that site comes up is because Mr. Harrell owns that particular URL. He in fact suggested the name and it received a ringing endorsement and then stuck! |

Just throwing this out there... I know that Mr Harrell is going to be busy (I should say busier than usual) with his move and stuff... I would gladly assistant in developing a basic website for free and provide hosting at a discounted rate. |
