Hmmmm, the bondsman was out with the bounty hunters that he hired, but he's not responsible for their actions???????

Talking about giving the bail industry a black eye! First of all, the bondsman has all the power over his recovery people. Second, what the heck were they doing getting into a high speed chase? And third, up here in MN we have open or concealed carry. Even so, you can't point your gun at someone just to make them do what you want. You only draw your weapon if you feel that you might be in grave bodily harm. I've drawn my weapon many times, but never to threaten someone into compliance. Sounds like these " cowboys " have watched too many movies and don't realize the difference between LE and BE. Maybe some time in jail and a lawsuit will wake them up.

Poor planning leads to a poorer performance. We should always work smart with a low impact mindset. Cowboys only give rise to government oversight and legal issues.

Be careful who you hire, some folks watch to much T.V.
