Santa Clara County is the second largest population in the SF Bay Area. San Fran is poised to follow suit and San Mateo County, just south of San Fran, also had a similar vote yesterday but I don't have the results yet.

if you think it can't and wont happen where you live and work, just give it time, especially if Clinton wins the White House. The Democratic Party is 200% behind "criminal justice reform."
