Sorry but, I believe he pushes it too far and will create problems or more restrictions on the profession.

But then again, he is a "bounty hunter."

Wow Ken, this guy is an embarrassment. The picture says it all! Tony, as I understand it they can no longer be called Bounty Hunters in MN...You know how I feel about that one!! That's a good thing in my opinion.

We are sometimes our own worst enemies....

and then when the State enacts more laws regulating our industry people wonder and ask why ?

Take a look at this video I just watched.. It is from my friend who is a firearms instructor here in Miami & Borward, FL..

He posted a video of a few guys in their respective firing lanes at the range.. and I look at the one guys shirt and I shake my head, what is this company trying to convey ? Certainly any CIVILIAN looking at this shirt would assume he is a LEO and not think he is a really SECURITY GUARD...

U.S Protective Services (Emergency Response Team) ???

U.S Public Safety (Emergency Response Team) ???

I dunno ... but very deceiving ....none the less...

Like Seriously ??? :? :?

I couldn't get the link to work Jeff but that shirt is a problem in my opinion.

I might be way out in left field on this one, but if folks are going to wear anything but casual clothes in this business I would like to see the state mandate a uniform dress code across each state. My suggestion probably isn't the answer but we should do better than this... Just my 2 cents.
