Trying to apprehend by yourself is bad enough,, trying to apprehend two?? well, come on now. "trying to shoot out the tires,," Seriously? Just do what real bounty hunters do and just hijack another vehicle and get into a high speed chase!! :D

I actually do recovery work by myself and so do a lot of people I know. It is not unheard of going after fugitives by oneself. I actually talk more people in turning themselves in than having to go chasing them down. So far I have not had to take anyone down at gun point or having to use force. The only time I use a second person is when I am looking for a female subject then I will use a female investigator to assist.

If the reports are accurate, the bail agent should be charge and spend some time in jail herself. At the very least have her licensed revoked.

In my opinion she endangered too many others by her actions.

1) You don't use the butt of a firearm as a hammer. It could cause an accidental discharge.

2) Unless the vehicle is coming at you and you're too slow or too fat to get out of the way, you don't shoot at it, tires or otherwise.

1) Waving the gun around while talking on a cell phone.

2) No "visible" serial number on the gun. It must be very old or a "ghost gun."

Luckily no one was hurt otherwise this would be a national story bringing more negative media attention.
