Not sure about Alabama.... since I think the code has the following requirement: Alabama bail bond law state statutes: Code of Alabama , Title 15: Criminal Procedure, Article 13: Bail. Alabama Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule 7.6 "Not been convicted of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude." ... sooo, I guess he won't be a bondsman... although who knows????????? ... however... regarding bounty hunting... "Alabama Bounty Hunter (Fugitive Apprehension) provisions: Alabama does not have provisions regarding bounty hunters." Can't wait for him to step into Virginia on a "hunt"... ... or North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Maryland.... yes... can't wait... |

http://www.al.com/news/mobile/index.ssf ... s_cam.html doggie never held a bail agent license. It has always been someone else. He just goes after the skips that they have due to their bad underwriting policies, in my opinion. Look, if they wrote bonds properly, they wouldn't have any or at least not a lot to chase. Then again they wouldn't have a show either. |
