As usual, we have to wait until all the facts come out but it looks pretty clear that these guys may have been grossly incompetent. The only question I really have is, are they licensed bail or recovery agents, or idiots that some idiot bail agent hired and sent them down to Georgia. |

According to two of the media sources, their names are Khalil Abdullah and Kevin Roberson. Khalil Abdullah does hold an active private investigator license (License #7553). Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance License Search and Verification http://verify.tn.gov/ Insurance Division Online Services http://tn.gov/commerce/tools.shtml I'm not entirely too sure about these website links. I was unable to locate a bail license for either of these individuals. Perhaps Mr. Stiles might be able to offer a little bit more insight as to whether or not these individuals were properly licensed. |

It is good at least that the media talked with Charles White of TAPBA to get an explanation that these guys were NOT bail agents! |
