I have written maybe 200+ bonds so far this year and I have had maybe 5 or 6 skips and all were picked up by me and no forfeitures that I had to pay... (I have had some that put up full collateral who skipped but I don't even look for them... I just cut a check when the date rolls around)
Now if somebody skips on me and I am not sure if I can handle them.. I will call one of my buddies to do the pickup, but most I do myself... I just talk them in... no big deal.
But 50%............ Great day... no way..............
