Hicks has had his Bail Agent license taken before and for some odd reason it was reinstated some time back. I wasn't aware that they had been revoked again. This cat is bad news. Unfortunately, NC has a lack of recovery agents. A lot of them talk the talk but when it's time to roll they just can't get it done. I can count on one hand the number of people I know in NC, that I would trust to do a pick up for me. Not really sure why we have so few agents that can get the job done. Try to get someone from NC to skip trace a skip....They can run an IRB search, but as we all know , in most cases that is only a piece of the puzzle. Ken Banks knows of Hicks first hand. Fortunately for me, I only know this guy by reputation. BTW Our Insurance Commissioner is a joke as well. He's looking at being charged for conspiring to commit a monopoly, which is a felony in my state. This business is getting old really quickly, at leasy for me. Take care |

Funny, Bill we were just talking about him a few days ago. I'm glad I told you to warn Dallas about Barry. He is nothing but BAD news. I did post some questions on here in 08 about the arrest in Tenn. I told Bill he arrested someone(young female) for my son's MGA and we met him at Taco Bell where she was walking around inside with handcuffs on. I was not a happy camper when I seen this and let him know it. This is at least 4 times he has been arrested. They left out one where he went with a retired NFL football player and kicked in the door and beat the guy up. He was charged with B&E and assualt with serious injury. I don't know how he keeps beating these cases and getting his licenses back. I hope this is the end for him |

Wow so glad I have never crossed paths with this fool. Kind of surprised about nc not having a sufficient amount of agents, maybe i need to relocate. Good luck to all of you, thanks for letting me input my two sense |
