http://readingeagle.com/article.aspx?id=405585 A third defendant, bounty hunter Lester L. Kissinger Jr., settled out of court. Details of that settlement were unavailable. So the fine was MORE than $1000.00 @ They were placed into a special probation program that they have since completed. Seems to me that they got off lightly. If this happened in NJ, it would have been tenfold easily. |

Do this is FL and you will get charged with : BURGLARY/WITH ASSAULT OR BATTERY - (Punishable By Life) NO BOND ! (Until you go for an Arthur Hearing) (Armed? Article didnt state if they were ?) Kidnapping - NO BOND ! (Until you go for an Arthur Hearing) So you would be sitting in Jail for an Easy 2..3.. weeks before you could go for a Bail Hearing.. These guys should count their lucky stars and retire and call it a day .. |
