Again....everyday/all day long here. The part about inmates referring new arrestees to specific bail bond companies.

Here in Miami Dade..it is out of control as well... you have once upon a time Bail Agents with REVOKED BAIL BOND LICENSES soliciting at the Jail EVERYDAY selling Bonds to other Agents wheeling and dealing.. also you have Agents that have No Appointments doing the same .. along with Temp Agents Hustling at the Jails as well.. if a person walks anywhere near the Jail / Release Area to go Post a Cash Bond .. or to Get Info for a Bond, they get attacked by 14 Bondsman all fighting each other for the Bond.. Its like Drug Dealers on a Corner that run up to your car to sell you drugs.. They stop cars in the middle of the street at the jail asking if they need a Bondsman... its really sad... People can not even get to the Info Window where there is a huge List of All The Licensed Bail Companies in the area that they can call.. not to mention the guys in jail that are arrested that refer a particular bail bond company .. along with all the Corrections Officers (Housemen) that refers a Particular Bond Company or that CO will not let the person make a call.

And we wonder why pre trial, bar association, some judges, etc want to do away with private bail.

With the actions of a very small few causing these types of problems, we all get labeled as scumbags.
