The interesting thing about this proposed law it seems to allow bounty hunters to conduct investigations and arrest felons other than just the standard bail jumpers. Correct me if I am wrong but it appears that a bounty hunter can contract with the courts, police, and bail bondsmen for recovery services in as it relates to a several types of warrants. Therefore if I am reading this correctly this has just become a cash cow for Oklahoma bounty hunters…. |
