Must wait to see the other side of the story, if there is one!

Very similar to the Bounty Boys situation

People,do your homework!! investigate properly and if you are not 100% positive on a location,Wait it out.Someone is bound to come out or into the residence and there you have your positive I.D.
Patience is a virtue and can very well keep you out of jail as well as keeping your clients name out of the papers.

Just an aside here...

Proof that the media butchers and skews all of our "coverage", fitting it to their slant by either omission or outright lie: The 1997 AZ case mentioned at the end of the article was NOT a fugitive recovery team! It was a home invasion robbery team POSING as fugitive recovery agents to gain access! This story caused an uproar that rippled through neighboring CA and gave birth, ultimately, to Penal Code section 1299. The "bounty hunter" story was splashed on the front page and totally sensationalized. The retraction upon the discovery of the truth? Yeah right! A one paragraph blurb buried somewhere in the back of the paper told the tale of the robbers' scam. Even crazier is the fact that now, 14 years later, this article says they were bounty hunters again! What bullsh@t!

That incident also gave birth the Bounty Hunter Act of 2000 (1999) . . . Thank you Asa ! and when Congress found out . . . well it was just time for some "rules" to be somewhat laid out
