Gilbert Bailbonds I have a legit defamation of character suit against Dog the Bounty hunter, his bitch ass wife, and A&E. I cant wait till they get served and we go to court. His wife had the nerve to call me a spic, and she called Beth Ham (lead investigator for the Colorado Division of Insurance) a snake and a c***, and I have it all on tape..lol I will keep you guys informed...Time to shed some light on Mr. Chapman, lets see how many bones fall out of the closet...lol http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=group_164146696947087&ap=1 If true, this could get interesting. |

It can be. Under the discrimination laws, defamation of character and harassment can fall under employees, non-employees, vendors and contractors. All Beth had to do was commit this act in front of another person (via phone, in person, or on a public website/social network site. Even more so, by using any language or tone to a state employee (Colorado Department of Insurance), the state can contact the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and have her Bail Bonds/Bail Enforcement Registration flagged, restricted, and revoked. It's best not to piss off the people that hold your license in the palm of their hands. Colorado does not have any licensure requirements to do bail enforcement... however they do want you to take an accredited course, pass their test (P.O.S.T. approved, but is not a P.O.S.T. specific test), and register your fingerprints with CBI. Weird regulation in Colorado.... does not license but wants you in their registry. |

I don't know if she has a bail or bail enforcement license for CO. Since they live in Hawaii, I would assume that they aren't licensed at all in CO. However, doggie isn't licensed at all, anywhere as far as I know. Now, if the allegations are true, all it proves is that they can't control their mouths, let alone their brains. Someone else called them trailer trash and other names. Unfortunately even though they live up to those descriptions, they still have millions of adoring fans. It is absolutely amazing the power of television. |

TV wrestling... or some of the more popular TV shows like... Jerry Springer, Maury Povich or Morton Downey, Jr. of course... I frequent WalMart also so who am I to speak.... ... but you get my drift.... ... would you want to be around in 100 or so years... and see what we will become.... mmmmmmmmm... that would be interesting I think... |

My understanding of defamation of character was that it had to be a lie, had to cause you a loss financially/business etc that was provable.. otherwise isnt it just basically freedom of speech, opinion? Sticks and stones, etc... If not I think dog could have a ton of defamation of character suits against a whole lotta peeps....  Good luck with that |

Bill, I don't want to see this country or the world, in just 35 years! Each generation seems to get worse that the last. I think in 2 gens from now, the dumb will inherit the earth. |
