I first read this and thought "Don't blame the bail industry, judges decide who gets bail and who doesn't", but as I read on, I noticed the plug for the website being developed (docketroom.com). Now that seems like a nice idea. I'm always in favor of the sheriff dept sites and court sites that publish (for free) active warrants, arrest history, active cases, case history, etc. Makes research a lot easier. 8)

Some CA counties have current booking logs and active warrant info online. Others like mine, don't have squat online.
