This information was sent to me via email from another Private Investigator in Louisiana. I submit it for information only. The Louisiana State Senate is introducing SB 29 to make the use of caller id spoofing a crime. We may want to consider writing to legislatures to include a exemption for investigators. Hopefully, our state association and state board will educate legislators on the legal use for investigators. http://www.legis. state.la. us/billdata/ streamdocument. asp?did=639132 |
