OK I'll bite we have a couple but the latest was definitely the most recent fun.

We had a guy out of AZ that we tracked down in Houston. We found him on MySpace and had a decoy initiate contact, the very first day he gave up his phone number. After that we had the decoy give him a sob story and she convinced him to drive from Houston to Austin to save her from an evil step sister :D . So we didn’t even have to leave the couch doh! Anyway we got the county fugitive guys from the sheriffs office involved because this was a real bad guy with weapons and drug charges, his MySpace photos had him sporting a sub compact semi auto. So we set the day up and SWAT got a hotel room. Turns out our guy took longer than expected and SWAT had to leave. Ten minutes later our guy called and said he was five minutes away. Since we are also a private security company we have access to our own commissioned officers (armed) we setup and when our subject arrived we took him and his driver down in the parking lot of Denny’s. So nobody got hurt, we got our guy and he was on his was back to Maricopa County and eventually to the AZ state penitentiary. You can see the news story at http://txbountyhunters.com/currentrecent.html.

Cheers!

They are all memorable in one way or another. If you don't learn something every time you go out, you become complacent. And complacency can lead to increased liability.

By the way, I am just curious...under what authority were you able to 'take down the driver'? Did you also have a contract for him? In most states that will cause all kinds of legal issues.

We share alot of things through pm's, e-mails and phone calls. Please remember that anything and everything we write publicly becomes a matter of public record. Unknown to you there are party's out here who do record certain posts by certain members to be used against them in the future.

Also, the Law Enforcement and Legal communities monitor this board as well for various reasons. There is an old addage: "If it's not in writing, it didn't happen". So in recanting a story that may be funny to us, may actually be an inadvertent and unintended admission to unrealized criminal acts.

"Writer Beware".

Skips also read the boards. I recall recently being told that when a person went to a door and apprehended a SIQ, was told by the SIQ "I know you, you're that guy on the internet." If we post our secrets, it only gives the SIQ more means to know how to avoid our ploys.
