I'm a Glock 19 guy...

but I love my Kel Tec 380 for concealed carry while in casual attire.

I'm a Glock lover myself. Model 22 in a 40 cal. Not perfect for concealing, especially when using a retention holster, but definitely dependable. My girlfriend carries the same thing. That reminds me, I better go out back and practice. It's been about a week since I've had it out. If the girlfriend ever out shoots me, I'll never hear the end of it!

I have 3 that depending on the situation....

1. Beretta Cougar .40sw cal. a little big but very 'shootable' (my description) I think this is a discontinued model. however, Beratta's are very well built IMHO.
2. Springfield Armory XP-.40sw cal.- sub compact very good shooter- easily concealed and light weight.
3. Ruger SP101 snub nose- hammerless-.357mag. cal.- very concealable... do not shoot .357's in it.... just .38+P's are fine (I have always liked 'wheel' guns but you may not want a revolver) It is however, very small and easy to carry.

All things being equal the XP40 is my preference. Glocks are fine but a little over priced and frankly I think the little XP40 is a great little weapon with plenty of power...

here's a picture showing just how small it is... the slide is steel, the frame is some sort of polymer...

click on the picture and it will enlarge somewhat...
It comes with an extension magazine if you want another 2 rounds and a larger grip... I have fairly large hands but it is fine for me....

... and here's the Sp101 hammerless... fine out to about 10 feet (50 if your John Wayne).... this is not worth much past that... but it will get your attention inside... and again, do not shoot .357's in it or you will not like it.... way too much recoil with anything much over .38+P's... and this is all steel... not alloy...

I have to say here that some people do not like shiny guns... well, when I pull it out... I want them to see it... anyway... I sort of think it's pretty............
If you need a picture of the Beretta, I can put one up too but this should be enough for now....

There are several things to consider regarding weapons...this question has been asked, numerous times, by others. You can use the "search" feature here to find related articles....:)

"so basicly its a person to person preference"

Yes. I carry a Glock 22, .40 cal or a Colt 45 1911 A1 (that my grandfather carried in the Army....so 1950ish). I like the Colt the most (where most don't due to the weight and recoil) because that is what I grew up on but the Glock runs a close second for all the obvious reasons (widely known, lighter, less kick, more knock down with less penatration, more upgrades and parts)
