Post subject:  WARNING: www.usbda.net

This company is advertising the same illegal "school", licenses, exaggerated income potentials, etc as the former USRB which was recently investigated, indicted, and prosecuted by various law enforcement investigators of various agencies from state to Fed.

Several of those "instructors" were sent to prison. Additionally, this individual may be harvesting e-mail addresses from this network in an effort to recruit new, naive members.

As always, "Buyer Beware". It is every consumer's responsibility to RESEARCH any advertised training or solicitation from any training facility as to its professionalism, legitimacy, accreditation, and acceptance in the industry.

I implore all individuals to avoid this organization at all costs. Even its very name violates Federal Law under U.S. Code title 18.

You cannot, as a BEA, PI, etc. employ any kind of verbage in your company titleage to indicate that you are part of the United States Government. Quoted below is an excerpt from Title 18 U.S. Code that addresses this issue.

Mr. Landrau,

It's ok. What you are unaware of is that 1 of thier recruiters was here earlier this morning spamming FRN advertising usbda. That is the reason for the recent post made by me.

It was not intended to re-open your entire soap opera you endured with them earlier. This is just a simple warning to new and interested people looking for training not to attend this scam of a "school".

No but I will. However, what I have done is taken the state's bail bond test. I passed it, so what I was thinking about doing is writing bonds and doing recovery. I think it will be the best. The way the economy is going right now .

Wardy, make sure you keep your "DAY JOB"... I am not being crafty or coy when I say this... I am being extremely realistic and trying to give you very factual advise.

This business will not always sustain you... it is feast or famine... even the most experienced, organized, go getters in this field will tell you the same....

I drove a truck for 30 years and plied this trade on the side for 10+-... often times it was great... more often than not... it was slow as molasses... my entire family is in this business and they will all tell you the same tale...

......... and as an added feature.......... the trade is being inundated with people that think they are gonna get rich in the business... I see them falling by the wayside almost weekly.... and they sometimes are my friends... they call me and wonder how I managed to stick it out... and I just look at them and say.... "because I do not rely on this business as my sole income..."

It is a very interesting business... but it is "cutthroat, backstabing, sometimes dangerous and financially stressful" but if you stick it out... one day you can look in the mirror and say to yourself............

"How in the hell did I manage to get into this business"............................

Oh,,,, and BTW.... thank you RWB for the code for the name thing........ I been lookin' for that for a while.... you is so instructional...

Good luck Wardy........................... stay safe.
