I would be willing to bet they are! I wish we could get some of these schools shut down for the mis-information they put into the newbies heads. We could all probably use more aspirin after seeing this in the media. I bet those guys involved think they did nothing wrong! |

the plain truth is this sort of thing happens alot with leo-it is not news but as far as bea goes more fuel for the liberal fire--with a picture the bea still screw up and got the wrong person-they should be charged with unlawful restraint--we must be extra careful and diligent these days the nations eyes are watching. I just got a very interesting call from fed marshall office about another bea situation i will post on it latter |

Let's not rush to judgement on this until we hear both sides of the story, from what I have read the Police were also involved and also believed the woman in question was the same woman in the picture, how many times have you encountered a skip whose appearance has drastically changed or has an ID with different name or SSN ? Having not been there I will not condemn these guys, we all know if it was just the Police and no BEA's were involved this would probably not have even hit the news. One of the guys was later charged with illegal posession of a weapon because he was carrying a gun in NJ but only had a PA Firearms License and LWTA Certification for PA, on that particular situation I think that the guy can be faulted for not doing his homework or being in compliance with the law. |

Post subject: | BOGUS BEA INSTRUCTORS |
As Hadley described the outlaw training situation is such that people finishing a BEA school here in NH have been out in the field attempting to apprehend bail fugitives released on PR (OR or ROR, same thing). I have been in touch with a long time friend in the NH Attorney General's office who instructed me in the correct approach to the matter. I have the names of the two people who conduct the pirate classes in violation of NH RSA 597:7. Their names have been furnished to Troop A of the NH State Police Detectives and to investigators of the NH Insurance Department. Additionally, these two clowns have given their hapless-victim students certificates stating theirs is both PBUS and NIBE approved courses. I checked with both organizations and neither is aware of the existence of the two 'trainers' let alone teaching an 'approved' course for them. There are several problems with this matter but the most concernable to me is the victims (students) of this unregistered/unregulated training course have been led to believe they have the authority to arrest fugitive bail jumpers who were released on court bail... not surety bail. This is a likened situation to when Chapman and his posse went to Mexico and attempted to kidnap Luster... no matter that Luster was a wanted fugitive, the situation is Chapman was not 'empowered' to attempt the apprehension. If anyone reading this post has any information regrading the matter, please contact Mr. Dorfman and/or myself as we are going to pursue this to the max and ensure the perps are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Trust in this... if you are one of the guilty parties reading this post I am not without my contacts and associates in high places throughout the USA... especially in the six New England states... meaning in the law enforcement community and especially in the political arena. You will be held accountable in both criminal and civil court; I say civil because I am counseling your victims to file a tort action against you for damages. I have had my say on this matter. |

I whole hardley agree with the postings from Lance & Hadley! We ALL need to monitor these "wanna-be" Bounty Hunter schools. We ALL need to work together and shut these schools down. In the meantime, here is a link to another news article about the NJ incident. It states the name of the company the BEAs worked for. http://www.phillyburbs.com/pb-dyn-news/ ... 11230.html |
