In the best interest of the trade, this forum and the members and visitors to this board, I offer the following:

Mr. Blaylock: I have read and found your most recent posts well organized, highly professional, and well within keeping of what new people should consider before, during and after entering the trade.

L.A.W.: I realize that addresing you is inconsistent with our last (now deleted on both sides) exchange of posts, but your time in the trade has evolved into a wisdom on the trade that many will not reach. Heretofore, nothing more need be said, but the youngsters are watching and leading by example takes precedent over disagreement if this trade is to survive.

Mr. Martz: What can I say? You're the man!

Mr. Swain: After our brief exchange of ideas, I quickly realized that you definately have an excessive amount of information from other areas that all merge into your opinions on bail related subjects of which I'm looking forward to reading.

With all that said, a cursory review of some of my most recent posts will reveal a reflective position to this specific thread.

I have extended an Olive Branch for the reasons stated above and in direct response to E-mails and PMs from forum members and because it was the right thing to do under the circumstances.

Now, shall we move on with the business of preserving the trade?

Rex

Amen! I am sure that this will be well respected and received.

This is as always just my opinion.

LOL, Thank you Rex, though I didn't think we were 'crossing swords', so to speak. I did get a kick out of "excessive information". It reminded me of a quote from an old danny devito movie where he played a teacher trying to help a bunch of challenged soldiers.

"he who increases his knowledge, increases his sorrow".
