No such thing as a "stupid" question. USRB stands for "United States Recovery Bureau". they are a shady outfit and they are not recognized as a professional institution. USBDA and USRB share some interesting similarities. I am wondering if USRB didn't shut down and re-open under this new name ? I don't know. |
