Have you done the following ? Entered the fugitive into NCIC ? Filed for a UFAP warrant ? Created a wanted poster ? Circulated the poster via the net to all law enforcement agencies ? You can go to usacops.com and get contact information for all of the agencies whose jurisdiction you believe your fugitive to be in. They can print the poster out and distribute to each officer at thier roll call meetings/formations. You can also send it to various GSP posts for distribution to Ga. state trooper's. Bear in mind though, the fugitive has to be entered into NCIC for any of those steps to help. If you file a motion for the ufap and the ncic with the judge, and it is denied , then you should be able to "tech off" your bond because your motions were denied. Something to run by your attorney and Jay. Also, once the ufap and the ncic are issued/entered, then you can involve the U.S. Marshall's. I still have thier contact information from a previous AAA case I worked last February. It may seem like you are at a dead end...but trust me you aren't. Call me if at any time you need help. |
