uhmm Rich ? There are a number of things that have to be tracked in our industry. So what Tony was asking is for what specifically are you wanting to do ? 1) Accounting 2) Defendant monitoring 3) BEA investigations/tracking 4) Small business administrations....overhead, mailings, advertising, etc. |

Thanks for responding Mindtracker! What I'm looking for is a program for BEA investigations/tracking and defendant monitoring. |

I searched the forum and found this posting: "I use www.bailbooks.com, It's a great program. The price for the program is reasonible. They are adding different things each month. I have also check out www.captira.com. They offer a great program also. I have been thinking about using them also for one of my other insurance that we use to write bonds. _________________ Steve Faircloth A Way Out Bail Bonds (614) 920-0919 Office Faircloth's Recovery Agencies (614) 806-4656 Office NSIN# SF0105 LIC. #70405 " |

I own a bail bond software company in TN and was amazed to see that there is not a software company that specializes in the Fugitive Recovery market. I recognize how specialized your business is and therefore have not attempted to develop a program for your industry. If you would like to have input into how the system is developed, please feel free to email. I look to put something together by the end of 2008. Thanks |

Thank you for the offer. However, if a person is computer savvy, all the tools they need to customize thier own programs are right here on the net and already on thier computers. There are generic templates for small businesse's, accounting, etc and you can customize spreadsheets for whatever you need. Google has real time spreadsheets and software available for universal entries. for example, if you own a bail bonds company and have mutltiple retail outlets in seperate cities, you can program a universal spreadsheet to where all of the outlets can make simultaneous entries and you, as the owner/manager, can recieve constant updates on your overall company wide cases. So why spend money when you don't have to ? It's all here. |
