We know that you will find other websites & companies offering bounty hunter training programs & courses, however, we are the only provider of Certified Bounty Hunter E-Guides on the web that are nationally recognized and widely accepted throughout the bounty hunting industry.

Anybody have any idea who this group is ? They list a NH address, I recognize a picture on there as being Lance, and I also recognize another picture from an organization that tried a school once before that was ridiculous.

This website claims you can legally bounty hunt in states that we all know we can't.

They also advertise that anyone can get licensed and certified through state and city programs for free at taxpayer's expense !

Another claim of thier is that as a bounty hunter we can start making $15 k per apprehension within weeks of taking this course !

They also fail to list who the author's of this material is.

I have heard, through the grapevine, that most of their material is plagerized from other authors. Almost all of the links that they advertise are no longer active. The pictures they present are of well known and well respected agents, that have not given permission to use their images. This is as much as I know: many are looking into this group (Scott Harrell, Rex Venator, along with others) because of the lack of professionalism they are displaying. Sorry, I can't help more.

I read their propaganda a few days ago, and was sickened by it. Not only do they sell this forum's agent directory as their "exclusive" contracts, promising employment from us, but they claim that they are offering an exclusive "federal" license to bounty hunt. WE know there is no such thing, just as WE know that we are not in any way LE, although their advertisement claims that we are the most lucrative sector of LE. What is sickening is the thought that people will buy into this blatantly illegal propaganda and cause us more grief in the media.

Rather than getting further into my personal analysis of their site, read it for yourselves. Most of what they say can be done is completely illegal. I learned of the site from another whose image they had also used pretending it was the owner. For a chapter by chapter breakdown of their e-book, check out Mr. Harrell's blog at http://www.elscottharrell.com/. Apparently this is only the latest of this company's attempt at scamming the public.

Harbinger Information Resources
AKA Harbinger Investment Resources
16 Presidential Circle, Hampton, NH

Run the address and it comes back to a ton of people in their 30's
with a very strange last name that I will not post. I believe
they are Gypsies but the jury is still out until someone knock on their door
probably by the week end!

Or so I hear...

Scott

I really hope so, lil brother. People like this really need to be shut down before they cause us more problems that we already have.

Ron Robbins and Anthony Oliver are endorsing it and promoting it, so you know it's a scam. I moved thier articles to the "hold area".

I also spoke, at length, with Frank A. last night about this course and many other subject's. He stated he has personal contacts there in NH and would be investigating it first thing this morning.

Reality really sucks doesn't it, Mike?

I have heard from a couple of sources that Ron Robbins is a legit agent, so although AO is using his name, he may not be involved. I'll let you know if this is confirmed.
